Pinot Time

We've been sold out of Pinot Noir for a couple of months so getting very excited about the 2012 Pinot Noir bottling this week! Gillian got a little bit funky last year and experimented with 25% whole cluster ferment as well as an extended 15 month barrel maturation - so expect something tasty and a little bit interesting. 

Release August - it needs a bit of time to settle down!
