Crafted in the traditional way from Pinot Noir grapes, our Sugar Loaf Rosé displays delicate, lifted aromas of crushed red berries, confectionary and floral notes.
Produced from 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir from clone 115 which is valued for its delicate refined flavours of strawberries & cream.
Ferment was cool, long and slow with 7 days on lees adding a creamy complexity to the juicy fruit freshness.
