A period of stunning autumn weather in 2016 allowed us to leave a portion of our Riesling on the vine to create a true Botrytised Riesling.
Rich and luscious on the palate, the sweetness is balanced by a surprisingly crisp acidity. Aromas of decadent honey and apricot and paired with notes of lime and white blossom.
Serve chilled with desert or cheese, a perfect finish to any evening.
