The 2019 Sugar Loaf Chardonnay was entirely sourced from low cropping old vines on the Sugar Loaf 'Home Black'. Hand harvested and gently pressed to a mixture of new and seasoned French oak for fermentation with lees stirring and 100% Malolactic adding to the complexity and richness. Stone-fruit and delicate floral aromas are complemented by a wonderfully balanced and creamy palate with punchy fruit and hints of toasty oak.
