Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a lifted, crisp bouquet with aromas of gooseberry, lime, apple, tomato vine and jasmine. Medium-light bodied, aromas of apple, gooseberry and grapefruit entwined with tomato vine and jasmine. Dry to taste, a dusty mineral line flows effortlessly along with invigorating acidity, unfolding a touch of grapefruit zest and a crisp finish. Match with pan-fried sole and goat's cheese over the next 3 years.
