A special tribute to my husband, DQ Acland. This sophisticated sparkling wine is crafted exclusively from the oldest Chardonnay vines on our Rapaura Road vineyards. Produced in the traditional méthode style, it has spent three years aging on lees, allowing complex flavours and aromas to develop. Expect enticing notes of crisp green apple, luscious peach, and a subtle whisper of strawberry, all beautifully balanced by a vibrant acidity.
