'Noble' Pinot Gris 2018

Excellent growing conditions and a cool dry autumn proceeded the harvest of fruit for our 2018 botrytised 'Noble' Pinot Gris. The best fruit was hand harvested and then held in the press for 24 hours before pressing to seasoned French oak for fermentation.

A rich golden hued wine displaying intense aromas of stone fruit, citrus, honey and spice. The palate is deliciously sweet, mouth watering and well balanced with a spicy citrus zing.
