The Sugar Loaf Riesling is sourced from a special part of the vineyard that unravels a myriad of flavours heading down the row; starting with lemon/lime on the heavier soils to stone fruit/tropicals on the lighter stonier soils. Harvested in great condition this fruit was fermented long and slow in stainless steel to preserve the luscious fruit flavours and zesty freshness. A light lees contact post ferment adds complexity and body.
Rich aromas of lime and white peach and a full and rounded palate. This wine displays a touch of sweetness balanced with a juicy acidity.
