Tasting Notes

Beautifuly blush pink, the 2025 Sugar Loaf Rose displays intense fresh strawberries and cream with hints of floral notes on the nose. The palate is rich and juicy with luscious fresh berry fruit flavours and a vibrant lingering finish.

Well-balanced and ready to be enjoyed on a sunny day as an aperitif,or with charcuterie, cheeses, or a fresh salad.

Our Winemaker's Comments

Crafted in the traditional way from Pinot Noir grapes, our Sugar Loaf Rosé displays delicate, lifted aromas of crushed red berries, confectionary and floral notes.

Produced from 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir from clone 115 which is valued for its delicate refined flavours of strawberries & cream.

Ferment was cool, long and slow with 7 days on lees adding a creamy complexity to the juicy fruit freshness.
